Any disclosure of your personal data entered during registration for our newsletter and for our download centre to third parties is expressly excluded.
If you have registered for one of our webinars or an online workshop, we will use your personal data for the following purposes
We process your personal data exclusively for the purposes requested by you and disclosed in advance. We will only disclose personal data stored by Trovarit to third parties if we are ordered to do so by the police or public prosecutor's office or if we have received a written or electronic declaration of consent. All personal data that you provide to us in connection with the ordering of products or registration is stored on protected computers within Germany.
All participants in a video conference have access in the sense of seeing, hearing and reading the content of the video conference, chats, shared files, screen sharing and contributions on whiteboards.
Our BigBlueButton instance is operated for us by werk21 GmbH, Krausnickstraße 3, 10115 Berlin (Mitte) https://www.werk21.de. Werk21 processes your personal data exclusively on our behalf. Accordingly, it may only use them in accordance with our instructions and for our purposes and not for its own purposes, i.e. neither for advertising nor to pass them on to third parties. In the sense of data protection law, there is therefore no transfer.
This website uses Motomo (formerly Piwik), an open source software for statistical analysis of user access. Piwik uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyse how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about the use of this website is stored on the server of Trovarit AG in Germany. The user’s IP address is anonymised immediately after processing and before it is stored. Users can prevent the installation of cookies by setting their browser software accordingly. However, the provider points out to the users that in this case they may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent.
Data, which may allow identification (e.g. your IP address, the IP address of the referrer website, your browser type, date and time) is automatically transmitted by your browser when you access our website. This data is recorded and stored for backup purposes. No personal utilisation takes place. We reserve the right to anonymise data and to create statistical evaluations that do not allow any conclusions to be drawn about individuals.
