The study thus provides a barometer for the mood of the users of ERP systems and breaks down important influencing factors against the background of current developments. Providers of ERP solutions can support the study by inviting their customers to complete the online questionnaire. If there is a sufficient number of ratings for an ERP solution (measured by the size of the installed base, see Rules of Participation), the solution will be identified in the study report and the provider will receive the satisfaction profile of his solution free of charge for internal purposes.
Ask your customers to participate in the study so that there is a sufficient number of ratings for your solution and it is shown in the study. The number of questionnaires required depends on the installed base.
